A woman was killed in a two-crash on Rt. 390 South in Greece Wednesday afternoon.

State Police say a box truck broke down in the right lane on 390 South near Ridgeway Avenue around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Two people in the truck got out to put orange cones on the road when a woman slammed her car into the back of the truck and was killed.

"It doesn't appear that she was wearing her seatbelt, and it doesn't appear that she hit the breaks before the collision, but we don't want to rule anything out," Trooper Mark O'Donnell says. "It could have been a medical emergency, driver inattentions, distracted driving, or other factors."

The two people from the truck were not hurt.

The identity of the woman killed has not yet been released pending notification of family.
