"It could have been a medical emergency, driver inattentions, distracted driving, or other factors."

The woman killed in a two-car crash in Greece Wednesday was identified.

Shelby J. Tilson ,25, drove into the back of a box truck on Rt. 390 going southbound in Greece around 1:45 p.m.

State Police say the truck broke down in the right lane near Ridgeway Avenue. Two people in the truck got out to put orange cones on the road when Tilson slammed her car into the back of the truck and was killed.

"It doesn't appear that she was wearing her seatbelt, and it doesn't appear that she hit the breaks before the collision, but we don't want to rule anything out," Trooper Mark O'Donnell says. "It could have been a medical emergency, driver inattentions, distracted driving, or other factors."

The two people from the truck were not hurt.
