Two people, from Manchester and Canandaigua, were killed in the crash
A state appeals court signedoff on sending a deadly DWI case back to Seneca County Court.
Earl Wilson is accused of driving drunk and killing two people on a motorcycle in Fayette in 2015.
Wilson tried to withdraw his guilty plea, claiming that he was coerced into it.
The State Supreme Court's Appellate Division ruled the Seneca County Court erred in denying Wilson's motion to withdraw his plea and Wilson appealed his sentence of 15 years to life in prison.
A new decision filed with the appellate court dismissed Wilson's appeal, officially sending his case back to Seneca County Court.
Wilson is due back in court on July 16.
Steve Lester, 49, of Manchester and Patty Perryman, 47, of Canandaigua were killed in the crash.
