Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County, a nonprofit Christian housing ministry, is accepting applications for two existing homes in the villages of Clyde and Sodus.
The Sodus house at 34 Curtiss Ave. is appraised at $85,000. Built in 2008, the 1,560 square foot home features four bedrooms and one bath on a half-acre.
The home in Clyde at 19 Redfield St. has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,236 square feet. Built in 1998, it has an appraised value of $55,000.
Homes are sold below market value based on financial need. Applicants selected for home ownership are expected to put sweat equity hours into the Sodus home.
