Palmyra woman joins ESL Trust Services

ESL Trust Services in Rochester recently named Susan Herendeen, of Palmyra, as senior fiduciary officer.

Herendeen will act as a senior expert in managing client relationships and new business development for the company’s trust services team. She holds more than 20 years of experience within the financial services and investment industries.

She previously served as branch operations manager at McDonald Investments and Key Bank NA, as well as financial planning manager and wealth adviser for Tompkins Financial Advisors.

Herendeen holds a bachelor’s degree from Alfred University.

 

Local lawyer among top attorneys in North America

Who’s Who Directories included Pultneyville lawyer David Johns among the top attorneys of North America in its 2018-19 edition.

Johns, of Penfield, graduated from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania and Rutgers Law School in New Jersey. He started his Rochester practice in 1972, and is former partner in Faraci, Lange as well as former lead counsel with The Lawrence Firm in Cincinnati.

He earned his state and federal court license in 1971, and holds an inactive license in Ohio. Johns concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on serious and catastrophic injury cases. He won settlements and verdicts in the fields of medical negligence and civil rights.
