Wayne County Sheriff's Office charged a Macedon man late Saturday night with endangering the welfare of a child.

Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged a Macedon man late Saturday night with endangering the welfare of a child.

According to deputies, an investigation revealed that Joshua L. Clay, 31, pushed a woman who was holding an infant, causing their heads to collide and knock them over. There were no injuries reported.

Clay was arraigned at the Town of Macedon Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is to reappear in the Town Court on October 16, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. to answer the charge.
