A 23-year-old York woman is scheduled to learn her punishment Tuesday in the death of her boyfriend.

Jurors found Danielle Allen, the daughter of a New York State Police inspector, guilty of second-degree manslaughter in July.

Back in November of 2016, Prosecutors say Allen stabbed her boyfriend, 22-year-old Marcus Postell, to death in her apartment in York, Livingston County.

Allen faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
