WEST BLOOMFIELD — A Fairport man was arrested for allegedly failing to finish a painting job for a customer after he was paid in cash.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Anthony Joal Reisman, 43, accepted the cash deposit, spent the money, and never did the work on the Baker Road property.

Reisman was arraigned and is being held in the Ontario County Jail.
