Margaret Alice McClernan, 69, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Feb. 16 at the Angel Heart Chapel, 513 West Union St., Newark.
Memorials in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 South Goodman St., Rochester, or to the Angel Heart Chapel.
Mrs. McClernan was born in Dansville April 16, 1943, the daughter of George and Pearl Fuller Daldry. She was a member of the Angel Heart Chapel.
Margaret is survived by her ex-husband and best friend, Dennis McClernan, Sr., of Double Springs, Ala; two daughters, Michelle Hoffman of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Jacqueline Auchman, of Redman, Wash.; two sons, John (Nancy) Sherman of Clifton Springs and Dennis McClernan, Jr., of Newark; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia Doyle, of South Carolina, and Judy Fry, of New York; and two brothers, Charles Daldry, of Colorado, and James Daldry, of North Carolina.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Jack Daldry.
