Margaret I. (Giebner) Heckel, 90, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family in Tappan, N.Y. Memorial contributions are welcome for the Humane Society of Wayne County.
Heckel is survived by her son, John A. (Beth) and daughter Ilse C. Heinz, as well as five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by husband John W. and grandson George H. Heinz III.
