Assemblyman Bob Oaks (R, C) Macedon was appointed to Ranking Member of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee on Wednesday, Sept. 7.
Oaks previously served as Deputy Minority Leader. He will be replacing Assemblyman Jim Hayes, who resigned on Tuesday, Sept. 6 for a position in the private sector. Oaks is serving his tenth term as the district’s Albany representative.
