ROCHESTER — The Canandaigua girls volleyball team swept No. 3 seed East High in the first round of the Section 5 Class A tournament on Thursday. The No. 14 Braves won 25-11 in all three sets."We pay attention to seeding a little bit," Canandaigua coach Jon Canough said. "We knew they were above us, but we knew we could beat them."
