Alleged fugitive from Georgia arrested in Macedon

Police have arrested a Macedon woman in connection with a 2008 drug trafficking charge in Georgia.

Samantha A. Lora, 28, of the 3100 block of Peacock Circle, has been named a fugitive from justice after she allegedly violated the terms of her release from Gwinnet County Jail in Georgia, according to a Wayne County Sheriff's Department news release.

Georgia police charged Lora with cocaine trafficking in 2008, according to the release.

She is in the Wayne County Jail awaiting extradition to Lawrenceville, Ga., according to the release.
