The Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrested a Walworth man on a charge of driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop early Sunday morning, Jan. 29, in Sodus.
According to a sheriff's report, Gage M. Howard, 20, of the 3600 block of Walworth-Palmyra Road, was charged with DWI and failure to keep right after a traffic stop at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. Howard was stopped on Ridge Road in Sodus.
Howard was released on appearance tickets to answer to the charges in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
