The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has reported the arrest of an Ontario man for driving while intoxicated.
The arrest was made at 10:30 p.m. May 30, according to a police report.
Matthew Dye, 41, of Ridge Road, Ontario, was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Dye was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.
Dye was issued tickets and was to appear in the Town Court of Ontario at a later date.
