The Wayne County Sheriff's Department has charged an Ontario man with driving while intoxicated near Hollybush Lane at 12:45 a.m. Feb. 10.
According to the police report, Jefery D. Davis, 22, of Bailey Road, was operating his car northbound on Hollybush Lane and was found by patrol off the side of the road in the driver's seat.
After a police investigation, Davis was charged with DWI and issued citations for DWI with a BAC greater than 0.08. He is to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
