The Wayne County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a domestic incident May 24.
The incident took place in the 400 block of Sohn Alloway Road, in Lyons.
Deputies arrested Willis E. Friend, 50, and charged him with criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree.
According to the police report, it was alleged that Friend violated a protection order by threatening a third party who lived within the protected residence.
Friend was arraigned in the Town Court of Lyons and remanded to Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or a $3,000 insurance bond.
Friend is to appear in the Town Court of Lyons at a later date to answer the charges.
