    PALMYRA — Beach, Mina G., 98, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.
    Please join the family for a celebration of Mina's life from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21 in the Fellowship Hall at WesternPresbyterian Church of Palmyra. Committal services in Palmyra Cemetery will be held in the spring.

    Mina was born on Dec. 4, 1914 in Rochester to Frederick and Ina Hall. Mina and Harry Beach were married at the Palmyra Methodist Church in 1937. Mrs. Beach hadbeen the housekeeper at the Garlock House in Palmyra for over 20 years and was a member of Western Presbyterian Church for over 75 years.
    Mina is predeceased by her parents; husband, Harry Beach; step-son, Donald Beach; sisters, Doris Smith and Lois Rogers; and brother, GeorgeHall.
    She is survivedby her son, David Beach; daughter, Sharon (Ray) Marr; grandchildren, Scott (Jessica) Beach, Melissa (Daniel) Cooley and Courtney Marr; great-grandchildren, Lily and Samuel Cooley; Donald's wife, Barbara Beach and their children, Shelley Burnett, Sally Ferguson and SandyBeach; brother-in-law, Clifford Rogers; also Karen Beach and cherished nieces and nephews, especially those of the “lunch bunch.”

    Breen, James A., Sr.
    PALMYRA — Breen Sr., James A., died on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at the age of 85.
    Family and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home., Inc., 123 W. Main St., Palmyra. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 at St. Katherine Drexel Parish in St. Anne's Church, Palmyra. Burial with full military honors will be in St. Anne's Cemetery.

    Jim was born on Aug. 8, 1927 to Louis and Carrie Michelson Breen. At the age of 17, Jim joined the United States Marine Corp. The funeral home proudly flies the Marine Corp flag in honor of his service to our country. Jim worked in the family grocery business and eventually became a co-owner of Breen's Supermarkets which have been in business for over 100 years. Jim was an avid outdoorsmen. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a supporter of Ducks Unlimited. Jim also was a dedicated supporter of the Palmyra Community Center and had served on the advisory board of Lincoln First Bank.
    Mr. Breen was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Kathleen; sisters, Bernice Wood and Geraldine Havert; brothers, Richard and David Breen; and grandson, John Schultz.

    Clark, Mary Jane
    MACEDON/ EAST ROCHESTER — Mary Jane Clark, 68, of Evergreen Hills Drive, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at Rochester General Hospital.
    Friends called Friday, Feb. 15 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Troiano Funeral Home, Inc., 209 West Ave., East Rochester. Funeral Mass followed at 11:30 a.m. at St. Jerome's Church, East Rochester. Burial, White Haven Memorial Park.
    Memorials to the American Heart Association.
    Mary Jane was born in Rochester on Oct. 6, 1944. She lived in East Rochester most of her life, the last two years she lived in Macedon.
    Survived by her daughter, Christine (David) Smead of Auburn; two grandchildren, Matthew and Caroline; sister, Marjorie; brothers, Thomas (Joan) and Walter Clark; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister, Doris May Clark II.
    Davidson, Gladys R.
    PHELPS/CLIFTON SPRINGS — Gladys Ruth Davidson, 99, entered eternity on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at Clifton Springs Nursing Home.
    There will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends attended a Memorial Service on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 5 p.m. at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St., Newark. Private burial in Elmwood Cemetery in Lyons.

    Mrs. Davidson was born the daughter of the late Clarence and Edna (Garvey) Pruner on Friday, Nov. 7, 1913 in Phelps. She graduated from Phelps High School in 1933. She was a long member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Newark. Mrs. Davidson enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cooking and baking.
    Mrs. Davidson will be remembered by her son, Robert E. (Lynn) Davidson of Ariz.; daughters, Diana McRae of Oswego and Nancy Davidson of Lyons; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Marion Lyon of Newark; one niece.
    Mrs. Davidson was predeceased by her first husband, Richard Davidson in 1975; second husband, William Milliman; son-in-law, Allen McRae; brother, Kenneth Pruner; brother-in-law, Harold Lyon.

    Finn, W. Tyler
    NEWARK — William Tyler Finn “Tyler”, 14, entered eternity on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 after a short illness at Strong Memorial Hospital.
    Family and friends called Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 16 and 17 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St., Newark. A funeral service was held Monday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. at the Woodlane Community Church, 5694 Wood Lane, Newark.

    Tyler was the son of William and Tonya (Fries) Finn. He was an 8th grade student at the Newark Middle School. Tyler loved to play his guitar and enjoyed playing baseball, Play Station games, camp fires, rebuilding and repairing bicycles. He always found time to spend with his little brother and his dog, Cocoa.
    Tyler will be remembered by his parents, William and Tonya (Fries) Finn; brother, Eric Finn; paternal grandparents, Bill and Sally Finn; maternal grandfather, Paul Fries; stepgrandfather, Lindy Kouwe; uncles, Gary (Laurie), Robert and Daniel (Mary) Finn, Andrew (Natalya) and Mitchell (Rebecca) Fries; many cousins and many, many friends.

    Hochbruckner, Richard M. ‘Dick’
    LYONS — Richard “Dick” M. Hochbruckner, 74, entered eternity on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at Clifton Springs Hospital.
    Family and friends called Tuesday, Feb. 19 from noon to 2 p.m. Memorial Service followed at 2 p.m. Burial in Riverview Cemetery in Phelps.

    Dick was born the son of Charles and Dorothy (Spahn) Hochbruckner on Sunday, March 27, 1938 in Rochester. He drove tractor trailer over the road for McCall Trucking in Ontario for many years. In the later years he worked for Seneca Foods as a machine repair specialist. Dick was a member of the American Legion in Lyons. He was also a member and served as chaplain in Sons of the American Legion in Newark and War Dads in Palmyra. Dick was a member of the Palmyra Moose Lodge. He enjoyed working around the yard and woodworking.
    Dick will be remembered by his loving wife, Phylis (Fisher) Hochbruckner; sons, Richard M. (Malinda) Dunlap and Michael R. Hockenbruckner and his friend, Tracy; daughters, Kimberly Hochbruckner and Tina Zanders; sister, Mary Lou (Russ) Roberts and Linda (Gerry) Weckelman; stepson, Mark (Cindy) Guinup; stepdaughters, Lori (Ronald) Button and Cindy (David) Wren; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
    Dick was predeceased by his grandson, Richard M. Hochbruckner; brother, Charles “Chuck” Hochbruckner; sisters, Jamie Hochbruckner and Nancy Mayerce.

    Hurlburt, Roland C. ‘Kelly’
    NEWARK — Roland “Kelly” C. Hurlburt, 89, entered eternity on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 at the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.

    Kelly was born the son of the late Chester and Florence (Herburt) Hurlburt on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 1923 in Clyde, NY. He was a graduate of Clyde High School and attended IBM in Rochester. Kelly had worked for Clyde Auto Sales in Clyde. After retirement he drove school bus for the Newark Schools.
    Kelly was a member of Park Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. He was also a member of the Newark Masonic Lodge No. 83, Newark Elks Lodge and the Wayne County Club. Playing golf was enjoyable to him and he was known as a great bowler. He loved to travel with his wife throughout the United States. They traveled overseas several times visiting nine different countries.
    Kelly will be remembered by his loving wife, Ina (Giesy) Hurlburt; daughters, Linda Tynon and friend, Jerry Patterson of Port Gibson. and Karen Bedette of Newark; grandchildren, Kelly (Col. Bryan Ret.) Bequette, Tricia (Jayson) Adams and Andy (Brittany) Tynon; six great-grandchildren.

    McGee, Lorene E.
    PALMYRA — McGee, Lorene E., 93, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.
    Family and friends were invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19 that the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 W. Main St., Palmyra. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the Western Presbyterian Church of Palmyra, 101 E. Main St., Palmyra followed by a reception at the Palmyra Moose Lodge. Private burial will be in Palmyra Cemetery.
    Memorials may be directed to theMuscular Dystrophy Association, Palmyra Fire Department or to the Palmyra Moose Lodge.
    Lorene was amember of Western Presbyterian Church and the College of Regents of Women of the Moose. She had been active with the Eastern Star and the Palmyra Fire Department and was an avid bowler.
    Lorene was predeceased by her husband, Maynard “Fibber”in 1993; son, Maynard Jr.; sisters, Grace Corneilison and Mae Wingard; and brother, Reid Earnhardt.
    She is survived by her daughter, Patsy (James) O'Donnell; sister, Virginia Ritchie; grandchildren, Joey (Jean) Acquilano, Mike Acquilano and Dorene Latko; great-grandchildren, Casey, Matthew (Shannon) and Michael (Jessica) Patridge, Marissa Legott, Marty Latko, and Nicholas, Lauryn and Brittany Acquilano; great-great-grandson, Axel Patridge; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Edward DeWeaver.
