    LNB announces promotions
    The Lyons National Bank recently promoted two employees within the bank.
    Julieann Downey, previously the Main Office Assistant Branch Manager, has been promoted to Branch Manager of LNB’s Lyons Branch Offices. Downey joined LNB in
    August of 1997 as a Teller with the Main Office. She was promoted to Head Teller at the Newark Office in September of 1998 and then transferred to the Main Office in March of 1999. In November of 1999, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Main Office.
    In her new position Downey will be responsible for managing the branch in order to meet the financial service needs of customers in the community and will implement strategies to achieve branch goals.
    Downey is the Treasurer of the Lyons Main Street Program and resides in Lyons with her husband Albert and four children, Brandon, Justin, Morgan and Kaitlyn.
    Donna Reuter has also been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager II of the Lyons Branch Office. Reuter joined LNB in August of 2001 as a part-time teller in Macedon. She was then promoted to a head teller at the Lyons Branch and then eventually to the Assistant Branch Manager. Reuter is responsible for overseeing branch staff, managing the customer relationship management program and daily operations of the branch.
    Reuter is the Chair of the Parish Life Committee for Pultneyville Reform Church and resides in Williamson with her two children, Gregory and Annaliese.

    Reed Eye announces new hire
    Reed Eye Associates is pleased to announce that Jamie Dettman has been promoted from staff optician to optical coordinator at the new Newark office, located at 1105 Driving Park Avenue.
    As an optical coordinator, Dettman will be responsible for managing the optical boutique and fitting and dispensing eyewear. She has more than 15 years of experience as a licensed optician and has been a member of the Reed Eye team for three years. Dettman holds a degree in ophthalmic dispensing from Erie Community College.
    She resides in Walworth with her family.

    Newark native joins Alliance Worldwide
    Michael J. SanAngelo, born and raised in Newark, has recently joined Alliance Worldwide Investigative Group, Inc. as a Business Development Specialist. In this position, SanAngelo will identify potential prospects and partners that could benefit from AWIG’s suite of investigative risk mitigation services. These include employment background investigations; workers’ compensation/insurance fraud investigations; process service/legal support; and property/casualtly claims service.
    SanAngelo has over 12 years of sales management experience. Prior to joining AWIG, he was a Business Development Officer with Stewart Title Insurance Company. He was also previously employed as an Account Executive with Cool Insuring Agency. Michael holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License in New York State and has earned a Commercial Lines Cover Specialist designation through the The National Underwriter.

    Mason Selkowitz Marketing hires Sheils
    Penfield-based Mason Selkowitz Marketing has recently hired Scott Sheils as a digital developer and 3D animator.
    Sheils, a Wayne County resident, is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. His work with MSM will focus on a wide range of digital projects, including video editing and compositing, 3D animation and programming.
