    PALMYRA — Fisher, Harold P., 89, died on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012.
    Family and friends were invited to call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 W. Main St., Palmyra. A graveside service with military honors was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22 in Palmyra Cemetery.

    Harold was a retiree of Garlock and had served as the Dog Warden for Palmyra. He was a member of the Palmyra Moose Lodge and the Rod and Gun Club. Harold was a life member of the Palmyra VFW Post. The funeral home proudly flies the United States Army flag in honor of his service to our country.
    Mr Fisher is survived by his wife, Dorothy; son, William (Robin Coleman); nephew, Joe (Susan) DiMaria; and other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters.

    Santelli, Helene J. (Van de Erve)
    LYONS — Died, 92, of Sunset Dr. passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012 at her home.
    Helene was born in Carrington, N.D. Jan. 15, 1920 daughter of Dr. Hubert and Marit Roble Van de Erve. She was Valedictorian of Carrington High School in 1937 & she attended Carelton College in 1941. She received her Masters of Nursing from Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, Ohio in 1944. She was married to Dr. Arthur Santelli of Lyons in 1944 where they settled & raised 7 children. She was an avid golfer, gardener, bridge player, & choir member. She was a charter member of Wayne Hills Country Club & was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for 63yrs serving as an elder for 5 terms & Clerk of Session for one. She was also involved with work at the Lyons Public Library.
    Survived by her daughter, Mary (Frank) Perry; sons, John (Jennifer), Robert (Francoise), Paul, Alfred, Frank (Suzanne); 9 grandchildren, Michael, Natalie, Jack, Isaac, Jacob, Thomas, Anne, Francesca, Arthur; nieces, nephews.
    Predeceased by her husband, Dr. Arthur in 1995; son, Michael in 2009; sisters, Margaret in 2004 & Frances in 2012.
    Friends may call Sunday 1-3 at Boeheim-Pusateri Funeral Home, 77 William St., Lyons. A memorial service will be held Sunday Dec. 23 at 7pm at Lyons Presbyterian Church. Burial in South Lyons Cemetery at convenience of the family. Memorials to Lyons Presbyterian Church, Broad St., Lyons.
    Cole, Bruce R. ‘Scruffy'
    NEWARK - Bruce R. "Scruffy” Cole, 52, of Lawrence St., Lyons, died Monday (December 17, 2012).
    Friends may call Saturay, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Schulz-Pusateri Funeral Home, 103 Maple Ct., Newark. Private services are at the convenience of the family in Fairville Cemetery.

    Page 2 of 2 - Bruce was born in Lyons, June 29, 1960, son of Richard and Shirley Smith Cole. He attended Newark School. He had worked as a machinist. He liked motorcycles and he liked to ride. He enjoyed playing pool, especially in competition.
    Survived by his father, Richard Cole of Port Gibson; brother, James; and sister, Laurie (Dan) Johnson, both of Newark; niece, Amanda of Waterloo; two nephews, Benjamin and Cole; many friends.
