  • Brighton resident Rob Stein recently received the President's Award from the Flower City Habitat for Humanity at the 14th annual Framing the Future Dinner and Meeting at Burgundy Basin.
    The award is presented to a non-construction volunteer who advances the mission of the FCHH. Additionally, a number of other area residents were also honored for their years of volunteer service, including Pat Aslin, of Brighton; John Erne, of Pittsford; Carol Schnitz, of Pittsford; Bill Pullis, of Pittsford; and Jim Keebler, of Pittsford.
    Flower City Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1984 and works to eliminate substandard and poverty housing throughout Rochester. For more information, visit rochesterhabitat.org.
