“We’ve never had 13 Academic All-Region members in an individual academic year,” FLCC director of athletics Bob Lowden said in a statement. “Almost 10 percent of our student-athletes received recognition for academic achievement. I could not be more proud of our student-athletes’ accomplishments in the classroom.”

The former Brave also chipped in just over three points per game on the basketball court. She received an award for Superior Academic Achievement from the NJCAA.

Weeks recorded a 3.81 grade-point average. The Canandaigua native helped lead FLCC’s lacrosse team to one of the best seasons in school history. Weeks also received an NJCAA Award for Superior Academic Achievement.
