  • Canandaigua alumnus Wilbur named Player of the Week

  • Fresno State women’s lacrosse player Katie Wilbur earned Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Defensive Player of the Week honors for the week of March 4-10.


    The Canandaigua graduate made 28 saves in three games that week. Wilbur stopped 17 saves against Denver, breaking Fresno State’s single game record.

  • Fresno State women’s lacrosse player Katie Wilbur earned Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Defensive Player of the Week honors for the week of March 4-10.
    The Canandaigua graduate made 28 saves in three games that week. Wilbur stopped 17 saves against Denver, breaking Fresno State’s single game record.
    Through the Bulldogs’ first four games, the senior recorded 36 saves for a .439 save percentage. Fresno State is 1-3.
    Wilbur played three years of varsity lacrosse for the Braves and was a member of the 2009 Section 5 championship team. She is studying history.
