ONTARIO
Man charged with DWI
An Ontario man was charged May 3 with failing to use a turn signal, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Robert P. Neilon, 76, of 2369 Lake Road, was stopped and found to be under the influence of alcohol, deputies said.
He was issued appearance tickets for Ontario Town Court and released.

ONTARIO
Woman charged with larceny
An Ontario woman was charged May 1 with petit larceny, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Cassandra R. Tussinger, 21, of 2109 Brown Square Apartments, was allegedly reusing customers’ food coupons while employed as a cashier at Tops in Ontario, deputies said.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Ontario Town Court and released.

SODUS
Man charged with DWI
A Sodus man was charged May 5 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more, failure to keep right, unlicensed operation and no insurance, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Irai Ramano-Castillo, 28, of Brantling Hill Road, was stopped on Route 88 in Sodus and found to be under the influence of alcohol, deputies said.
He was issued appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court and released.

MARION
Man charged following domestic
An Arcadia man was charged May 1 with first-degree criminal contempt and petit larceny, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Jonathan Roland, 27, of 6548 Fairville Station Road, allegedly was involved in a domestic incident in Marion that turned violent and violated a court order of protection, deputies said. He also took a cell phone that did not belong to him before fleeing the residence.
He was arraigned in Marion Town Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail.

WOLCOTT
Man allegedly found asleep at the wheel
A Wolcott man was charged April 26 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Michael R. Madigan III, 31, of 4808 Livingston Road, was allegedly sleeping at the wheel of his vehicle while parked in the village municipal parking lot with the motor still running, deputies said. Awoken by deputies, he allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.
He was issued appearance tickets for Wolcott Village Court and released.

LYONS
Man charged with assault
A Lyons man was charged April 26 with third-degree assault, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Ricky P. Duval, 46, of Brandt Road, allegedly assaulted a family member around 2:53 a.m., deputies said. He then allegedly tried to pull away from deputies when they placed him under arrest.
He was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.

SODUS POINT
Woman allegedly asleep at the wheel
A Rochester woman was charged April 24 with obstructing governmental administration and numerous vehicle and traffic tickets, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Jordan E. Rubin, 27, of Penview Drive, was allegedly found in her vehicle blocking the westbound lane of Lake Road following reports of a woman sleeping in her car, deputies said. When deputies attempted to interview her, she allegedly refused to cooperate and get out of her car.
She was arraigned in Sodus Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail.

SODUS
Lyons man arrested on DWI charge
Wayne County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher W. King, 21, of Ross Road, Lyons, on charges of driving while intoxicated at 1:31 a.m. Tuesday, May 8.
According to a Wayne County Sheriff's Office news release, King was stopped by police after allegedly running a red light, and was subsequently charged with DWI, blood alcohol content higher than .08, failure to stop at a red light and unlawful possession of marijuana.
King was released on appearance tickets and will appear before the Town Court of Sodus at a later date to answer the charges.
