  • Officials with the Buffalo Bills say a 26-year-old man found dead in a creek near the team's stadium had been ejected from last week's game because of disorderly conduct.
A statement released by the team Tuesday says David Gerken Jr. of Palmyra was kicked out of Ralph Wilson Stadium shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday during the game against the Miami Dolphins. Bills officials haven't released details of what led to his ejection.
Gerken's father found his body Friday morning in a creek that runs alongside the stadium's property in Orchard Park. Police have said Gerken apparently drowned.
Gerken's brother told police his sibling had called him during halftime to say he was being ejected from the stadium. The brothers agreed to meet at a bar near the stadium after the game.
