  • On Jan. 14, dozens of young princesses and their families visited the Newark Public Library.
The princesses enjoyed a royal storytime, followed by several different activities. After the royal stories were read, the princesses moved on to several different stations around the library’s Community Room. Stations included tea and cookies, a royal craft, princess coloring pages, and a gigantic display of princess books available for checkout.
This event is a part of Newark Public Library’s monthly program entitled “Kids’ Night,” which features a new program on the second Monday of each month. February’s Kids’ Night program will be a Superhero Party. For more information on the library’s programs, visit the library’s calendar at www.newarklibrary.org or call 331-4370.
