This year proves to be one of the warmest ever for the St. Patrick's Day parade. The parade kicks off at 12:30 at East Avenue and Scio Street. Attendees should plan to leave early as city officials have issued an advisory for heavy traffic. Parking at city parking garages will be open and free during the parade.

A number of streets will be closed for staging, including East Avenue from Alexander Street to Scio Street.
