Regional Transit Service (RTS) has improved access to major shopping destinations in Geneva. Every Tuesday, RTS provides service to Walmart, BJ’s, Tops and Wegmans. A one-way trip for adults and children over the age of five costs $1. Seniors who are 60-plus and individuals with disabilities pay 50 cents for a one-way trip. Children under the age of five ride free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
The Geneva Shopping Shuttle is the result of a pilot program conducted in the fall of 2017 by RTS, the city of Geneva and Ontario County Public Health. The purpose of the shuttle is to provide residents of northern Geneva with access to important shopping destinations for healthy foods in a more timely manner
The schedule for the Geneva Shopping Shuttle is available in both English and Spanish.
