Jonathan Graziose, of Ontario, recently received a $4,000 Academic Distinction Scholarship to study construction management at Alfred State. Graziose is slated to graduate from Wayne Central High School in 2019.

Mary Brophy, of Macedon, was named to the fall 2018 president’s list at Clemson University in South Carolina. To be eligible, students must earn a 4.0 GPA. Brophy majors in general engineering.

Ashley Vanderwall, of Palmyra, was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at The College of Saint Rose in Albany. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 semester average.

Heather Burnham, of Newark, and Ryan Wade, of Ontario, were named to the fall 2018 provost’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, part-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Melinda Carper, of Clyde, and Naomi Briner, of Macedon, were named to the fall 2018 president’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, full-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Nicole Collins, of Macedon, was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, students must earn a 3.5-3.74 quality point index.

Abigail O’Neill, of Sodus Point, was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at James Madison University in Virginia. To be eligible, full-time students must earn a 3.5-3.899 GPA.

Sophia Leva, of Macedon, was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Marquette University in Wisconsin. Leva majors in exercise physiology.

Connor Wahl, of Macedon, was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.4 GPA.

Kaitlin Desantis, of Clyde, and Elizabeth Abrams, of Macedon, were named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Purchase College. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credits and earn a minimum GPA based on their degree plan.
