Area chiropractor Teon Kowalyk and his wife, Autumn Kowalyk, will celebrate the grand opening of Eupraxia, 1418 state Route 104, Ontario, on March 1.
Teon said he saw a need to combine fitness, nutrition and motivation in the Ontario area.
“Eupraxia is totally different than the traditional health club, gym or fitness center,” he said. “Every workout is an instructor-led group fitness experience. Your trainer is always right there to help you learn the exercises and keep you motivated, while pushing you to reach your goals. The other members help create an encouraging atmosphere to boost motivation. One of the best parts is everyone having one thing in common: everyone here knows what it is like to start.”
Eupraxia is designed to help people get stronger, lose weight, increase energy and live longer.
The Wisconsin-based program was founded by Steven Czys on scientific principles to provide the best possible fitness and nutrition program possible. Teon said other programs do not combine the elements of a scientifically proven exercise program, guided by a nutritional plan, packaged within a motivation of group support.
