Officers say 64-year-old Maxx Orr Jr. of Macedon was revived with CPR and Narcon then arrested after overdosing in a McDonald's drive-thru.

A Wayne County man was revived then arrested after overdosing in a McDonald's drive-thru.

Deputies responded to the fast-food restaurant for the report of an unresponsive man back on Oct. 3.

Maxx Orr Jr., 64, of Macedon was found lying on the ground outside his car and CPR was being performed by a civilian. Deputies continued CPR and administered Narcan. He then began to breathe on his own.

Investigators say his blood test came back positive for fentanyl and morphine.

Orr was arrested on Thursday and charged with DWAI by drugs. He was issued appearance tickets and is due back in court on March 19.
