PENN YAN — A Penn Yan bar owner will spend the next three years in prison.
According to Yates County District Attorney Todd Casella, Bob Champlain will also be on parole for 10 years after being released.
In December, Champlain pleaded guilty to two counts of sex abuse.
Police arrested Champlain after a graphic video surfaced that allegedly shows him sexually assaulting a woman at his bar, Lloyd's Limited Pub, on Christmas Eve.
Police then say he assaulted the woman who took the video.
Champlain will have to register as a sex offender and submit to HIV testing.
A stay-away order was put in place for both victims.
