The 2019 Wayne County Middle School Art Exhibit will be on display at the Wayne County Council for the Arts, 108 W. Miller St., Newark, until April 25.
This exhibit highlights the artistic talent and creativity of local middle schoolers.
The weekly crafting circle led by Lillie Ghidiu meets from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursdays. Participants are encouraged to work on a needlework project. The goal is to create a welcoming environment for new and experienced crafters to learn and collaborate.
Upcoming events include the Wayne County Spring Shopping Fling on May 3 and Winter Shopping Fling on Nov. 8-10, the Off the Wall Fundraiser on June 10, and the Garage Fundraiser on Aug. 3.
