Brandon Courteau, of Walworth, recently joined Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Rochester.

Katrina DiCrasto, of Williamson, recently joined Theta Alpha Kappa at Wheaton College in Illinois. Students must earn a 3.5 GPA in religious and theological studies, among other requirements, to join the national honor society. DiCrasto also received the Josephine Halvorsen Memorial Composition Prize, which goes to music composition majors.

Brielle Hamel, of Macedon, graduated in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and wellness from the University of New Hampshire.

Kayla Johnson, of Sodus, was named to the spring 2019 dean’s list at Nazareth College in Rochester. To be eligible, students must earn at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Jonathan Kolb, of Red Creek, graduated in May 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies from Paul Smith’s College. He also was named to the spring dean’s list.

Daniel Staples, of Newark, received a New York Physical Therapy Association Student Participation Award during the 2019 Excellence Awards Ceremony at Daemen College in Amherst.
