ROCHESTER — Administrators with Jordan Health expect its computer network to be back Monday after a ransomware attack.
Administrators learned of the suspicious activity on one of its servers late Wednesday afternoon. As a precaution, Jordan Health shut down the entire network.
The healthcare system says patient data is maintained on a secure server, and so far, that server does not appear to have been breached.
According to the Chalonda James, the director of communications, says they expect to have access to patient electronic medical records on Monday, March 2.
Jordan Health is still open for business and seeing patients. Patients are being asked to bring in their insurance cards, all medications and photo ID.
